STAFF & LEADERSHIP
Living Hope has a Head Pastor and Associate Pastor.
The church is led by our Elders with the help of the Board of Administration.
Living Hope is run by its members. We pay a few of them, but most are
Volunteers - Elders, Deacons, and others who use their God-given gifts.
Staff
Jason Pankau
Head Pastor
Jason is our newest addition to staff, joining us early 2024. He and his wife are excited to be moving back to Connecticut after serving in ministry in the inner-city of Chicago.
Lisa Madison
Associate Pastor
On staff since 2008, Lisa has served in various roles including youth and administration. She now leads everything involving young families, young adults, and outreach to the community! .
Jeff Hutchinson
Assistant Pastor for Church Planting, New Haven, CT
Jeff has been approved for church planting by the national Synod and Regional Presbytery of the ECO Presbyterian Church, and called by Living Hope to plant our daughter church, House of Mercy, in New Haven, CT! Angelo Natalie
Worship Leader
Since 1991, Angelo has been ushering us into the throne room of God.
He still finds himself creating his own songs and enjoying the community of musicians he has invested in all these years!
Jordan Norfleet
Youth Director
Sine 2016, Jordan has been investing in our youth, answering all their crazy questions. He enjoys just being there for our students.
Kevin Dolan
Treasurer
For several years now, as a member of the Board of Administration, Kevin has taken joy in serving the church's financial interests.
Elders
Elders are prominent in the New Testament as on-going leaders of local churches. Together with our Pastors, the Elders listen for God's leading, chart the course, and set the priorities for the church accordingly. The Elders and the Pastors (combined called The Session) meet at least monthly for devotions, prayer, and leadership functions.

Deacons
Deacons are ordained to lead the Living Hope church community to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus. In addition to each Deacons' assigned area of ministry, all Deacons pray over prayer requests from church and community members, help administer Communion, and visit members of the Living Hope Church family who are sick or home-bound.
